x baze Terms and Conditions

01. General Information and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the x baze platform and all services operated under it. x baze is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots and sports betting to users in Bangladesh.

02. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

If the same individual, or multiple members of the same household, create more than one account using the same device, IP address or payment method, this may be treated as bonus abuse and all associated accounts may be closed.

03. Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is not permitted. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify x baze support immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any personal information stored on the account changes, the user must update it on the platform promptly. x baze will not be responsible for any delay or issue with withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time through the support channel. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, subject to applicable conditions.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the x baze platform is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Users must transact only from a mobile wallet registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

If there are active wagering requirements on the account at the time of withdrawal, the bonus portion will not be withdrawable until those requirements are met. However, the user's own deposited funds may be withdrawn where applicable.

4.3 Transaction Review

If suspicious financial activity is detected, x baze reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct a review. The relevant funds will not be released until this process is completed.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

x baze offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

Promotional offers from x baze are subject to specific time limits and conditions. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, which should be read carefully before claiming a bonus. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

x baze considers the following to be bonus abuse: placing only low-risk bets with bonus funds, manipulating wagering requirements, or attempting to withdraw a bonus through coordinated betting patterns. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

06. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on the x baze platform are operated by software from recognised game studios and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely independent, and no previous result influences any subsequent result.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game ends abnormally or displays an incorrect result due to a software or server error, x baze reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. No payment is due on the basis of an incorrect result in such circumstances.

07. Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or conducting transactions on someone else's behalf
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or hacking
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Disrupting the normal operation of the service

12.3 Internet Connection
